immoment.be connects property buyers with agencies. These terms govern your use of the service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

3. Accounts

Buyers sign up for free using their phone number. Agencies create an account with email + password and get a 14-day free trial.

4. Your commitments

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Agencies: only import listing URLs you're authorized to use
• Do not bypass the lead unlock system
• Respect the qualified buyers you contact

5. Agency subscriptions

Pricing is shown before subscription. Monthly and cancellable anytime.

6. Liability

immoment.be connects parties but is not a party to real estate transactions. We do not guarantee that a sale will close nor the accuracy of information submitted by users.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

Belgian law. Courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
